Some clients decided at the last minute that they wanted to travel with their family to the Caribbean for Christmas, and stay in a private villa. Sadly, all the accommodation in private villas was reserved by other clients that had confirmed very far in advance. I asked our client to be able to use their Concierge service of AMEX Centurium, as I thought that perhaps they might have the option of making a reservation, as they are a much bigger travel management company than I am.
But, finally, I managed to make them a reservation because I called every day, morning, noon and night, for almost 2 weeks, and spoke with the reservation team... so when there was a vacancy, they thought of my clients immediately and offered it to us. The client paid nothing extra for this reservation, they got the villa and I achieved the impossible for a client.
